長崎大学病院の口腔外科で臨床・研究・教育に従事し、医局長・外来医長・病棟医長を歴任。現在も歯科医師として現場に立っています。 その中で強く感じてきたのは、良い治療を継続するには、医院経営が安定していることが前提だということです。
歯科医院の経営支援では、一般的なコンサルティング用語だけでは見えない論点があります。 診療の流れ、院長の判断、スタッフの負荷、患者への説明の難しさまで理解した上で、 実行できる施策に落とし込むことを重視しています。
